Return Policy

We at PaperAndEnvelopes.com value our relationship with you and want you to be fully satisfied with your order, therefore we will accept merchandise returned within 30 days from the date you received the order. Some exclusions apply, please read the following policies and procedures for exchanges and returns:


Wrong or Defective item:


If we accidentally shipped you the wrong item we will arrange for a pick-up and replacement in a timely manner.


If the item is defective, we will exchange it for you within the first thirty days. Should the item be found defective after the first 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for refund or exchange.

Damaged in Transit:


Our shipping & packaging team makes every effort to secure items from becoming damaged during transit. However, if your package appears damaged upon delivery please do not open it and make carrier aware of the damage . Please contact us immediately and we will instruct you as to the proper procedure.


Other Returns:


Upon receipt of order please inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at sales@paperandenvelopes.com, or 888-604-4897, and tell us your concerns. We will make every effort to satisfy your purchase. In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues our Returns & Exchange Policy allows you to exchange any product up to fourteen days from the invoice date on your order, or return any item up to fourteen days from original purchase date for a full refund less shipping charges. Items that were manufactured on a "special order" basis, or paper that was custom cut, hole-punched, scored or underwent any other customization cannot be returned.


To return items please follow the instructions below:


Simply email us your order # to receive a return authorization number (RA#). Please describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. You must receive a RA# before you return any goods to us. Merchandise without a RA# may be refused, and no credit will be issued. RA#'s are valid for fourteen days from date of issuance, and the RA# must be clearly displayed on your return packing label and on the outside of the box.


All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, warranty cards if applicable (not filled-out) and the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to returns which are not received in the original factory condition. Please package the return safely to protect it from damage in transit. We also recommended that you use insure high value shipments using a reliable carrier.


Upon receipt and inspection of goods, PaperAndEnvelopes.com will provide a credit to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing the return and initiating the refund.
